Woman's Boxfit

Our Women’s Boxfit class is a high energy, full body 45 minute workout that blends the fundamentals of boxing and fitness exercises. Designed specifically for women of all ages and fitness levels.

We want this class to empower our members to build strength, improve fitness and boost confidence. Each session will be run by ‘Coach Sarah’, mum of 4, and include boxing-inspired drills, bag work, pad combinations, cardio, bodyweight movements and some weighted exercises.

This class will not involve any physical contact or sparring. No experience is necessary - just bring your energy and willingness to sweat! So whether you are looking for a stress release, find some ‘you time’, make new friends, get your fitness back or even start your fitness journey; this is the class for you.
