Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class offers a comprehensive and structured approach to learning one of the most effective martial arts in the world. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class provides a welcoming and challenging environment focused on personal growth, fitness and practical skills.

Each class will include warmups, technique training, partner drills, and controlled sparring (rolling). Students will learn the key concepts of leverage, timing and body mechanics to effectively control, escape, or submit an opponent. The physical benefi ts of BJJ include improved strength, fl exibility, health, mental toughness, problem solving and stress relief.

There is a strong sense of camaraderie and mutual support in the BJJ community. Whether your goals are general fi tness, self-defence or competitive BJJ, this class ticks a lot of boxes. Competing is optional and we would support anyone working towards a competition.
