Our MMA class offers a high-intensity, skill building program designed for individuals who want to train like fighters. Whether that’s for fi tness, self-defence or competition.

This class is ideal for all skill levels and will focus in particular on striking and grappling into a well rounded challenging workout. Incorporating the core martial arts: BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing, Kickboxing and Wrestling in this class. You will learn clinch work, takedowns, positional control, submissions and striking techniques. This class will involve partner/team work, sparring and full contact grappling.

No prior experience is necessary - just bring your commitment, work ethic and willingness to learn. MMA gloves are recommended.
