Our 1:1 Sensory-Friendly Sessions are designed to support children in a calm, supportive, and engaging environment. These sessions focus on gentle body movement, beginner martial arts, fun interactive games, and calming stretches—tailored to meet each child’s unique needs and energy levels.
Each session runs for 15 to 30 minutes and is completely guided by the child’s pace, helping them build confi dence, coordination, and body awareness in a low-pressure setting. Parents are encouraged to join in, making this a shared experience that fosters connection, movement, and fun.
